Submit the completed application form (Form E - Application for inspection of an electrical installation) and submit to the department.
The submitted application will be reviewed by the department. The applicant will be contacted to arrange for a viiewing of the site prior to the day of the event.
If the application is approved, the site will be reviewed again on the day of the event (after installation has taken place.
